Your enquiry is stored securely in our website database and is accessible only to the team handling your request. Your photo is stored privately, is not published anywhere, and is emailed directly to the business together with your enquiry; any access link we use for it expires automatically after 7 days. We do not share your information with third parties except where needed to respond to your enquiry.
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to handle your request and keep our business records. Photo access links expire automatically after 7 days. If you would like us to delete your enquiry or photo, contact us at elitetreefelling@gmail.com and we will remove it, including any photo you attached.
